I'm very excited to be here on blogspot! My plan is to offer the latest information on Miami Beach Real Estate and to share ideas with the Miami Beach community. In case you haven't heard, the development of Watson Island received it's final go-ahead this week. In addition, The Setai has released 51 new condo-hotel units for sale and is offering memberships to its' cooperative venture, The Setai Club.
